The ACCENT Academy is OPEN!

The ACCENT Academy isn’t a course, a club or a mentorship scheme. It’s something much rarer. A hands-on partnership for creators who are ready to bring bold audio ideas to life with the right backing behind them. We genuinely believe there’s nothing else out there like this right now.

We’re inviting a very limited number of emerging podcasters, radio makers, audio enthusiasts or format-builders to work with us across 12 months. Development, production, design, strategy and commercial thinking are all on the table. Your idea stays entirely yours. Ownership of your IP is non-negotiable. We’re not here to take control. We’re here to stand beside the right people who are ready to go the distance, and if the fit is right, hopefully join you for the long-term journey.

This isn’t a numbers game. We don’t fill quotas or pad out a roster. If we don’t find the right partner this time, we’ll open the doors again early next year. We’re fussy for a reason. Our job is to diagnose what a project really needs and build the right creative environment around it. When we find a creator we believe in, we back them fully. The success belongs to them, not us.

Helping people get their voices out there - properly, professionally and powerfully - is the reason ACCENT exists. We’ve spent over 30 years working with creators at every level of the audio industry. Nothing beats the buzz of seeing someone find their flow, lock in their format, grow their audience and realise they’ve built something that matters. That’s what the ACCENT Academy is here to do – hopefully again and again.
