In 2026, ACCENT continues to develop a slate of original podcast projects across multiple genres, working with emerging and established creators to shape distinctive, audience-first audio formats. A standout moment this year has been our collaboration with Pick Your Poison, created in California, hosted by Dr JP, and in March was nominated for Best Science Podcast at the New York City Podcast Awards. Joining forces with us via our ACCENT Academy project, the podcast blends fictional storytelling with real-world toxicology, transforming complex science into compelling, narrative-led audio designed to engage and grow audiences.

ACCENT Academy, launched in September 2025, is our global development programme built to support the next generation of podcast and radio creators. Designed to cut through format fatigue, platform noise, and increasing pressure on creators, the initiative provides hands-on support across format development, audience strategy, editorial innovation, and creative leadership. Working with creators like Dr JP, ACCENT is focused on turning genuine expertise into distinctive audio formats, helping ideas move beyond early episodes and into sustainable, long-term content propositions.
